My name is Sadie Wilkins - I’m a certified postpartum and birth doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor currently serving Lake County, Florida and surrounding areas.
I’m deeply passionate about all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I strive to empower, educate and advocate for all birthing people and families to have the experience they deserve. Bringing home a new baby can be a overwhelming time for everyone, and I can help!
My credentials include GROW doula certification, DONA international doula & breastfeeding training, FSU breastfeeding counselor certification, and Gator CPR & First Aid certification.

I offer many different kinds of support and education including virtual. All of my services have one time or package offerings.
Postpartum Service Packages
postpartum packages can include day and nighttime support, newborn care, household duties, feeding support, sibling care, meal preparation, etc.
*Additional hours can be added to any package for $32/hr.
Budget Postpartum Package - 25 hours of care within the first 12 weeks of bringing home baby (5 - 5 hr visits)

Essential Postpartum Package - 40 hours of care within the first 12 weeks of bringing home baby (8 - 5 hr visits)

Premium Postpartum Package - 80 hours of care within the first 12 weeks of bringing home baby (16 - 5 hr visits")

Birth Support Packages
Budget Birth Package - 1 prenatal visit to educate and review childbirth basics, newborn care and feeding education. On call @ 38 weeks for full labor and delivery support.

Essential Birth Package - 2 prenatal visits to educate and review childbirth basics, newborn care and feeding education. On call @ 38 weeks for full labor and delivery support. 1 postpartum visit.

Premium Birth Package - 3 prenatal visits to educate and review childbirth basics, newborn care and feeding education. On call @ 38 weeks for full labor and delivery support. 2 postpartum visits.

Breastfeeding Services
In home or public visits to encourage and support breastfeeding, identify and evaluate potential issues, educate and demonstrate feeding positions.
$25/hr
Sibling Doula Services
On call support @ 38 weeks for older siblings while parents are at birth, familiarize siblings with new baby, perform daily care tasks, etc.
$500 for 12 hrs., additional hours available for $30 hr.
*1/2 deposit amount due at signing to hold spot
